Media Transparency

How it works

Five clear steps, handled by a person.

The Northrun Media Transparency review is written and human-led. No phase starts payment, storage, or an automatic notification. The reviewer documents what was read and what was inconclusive; a copy can be kept for your counsel or auditor.

The five phases

The five steps, in order.

Each step is written and sized to the request. The informational-only boundary stays in place from the first message through the saved record.

Phase 1

Confirm what you want reviewed.
You confirm the plain-language boundaries: this is informational only, it does not decide authenticity, fraud, legal, forensic, or policy questions, it has no legal standing, and the result may be inconclusive. High-risk requests go in writing to Jimmy Gary Jr. (NorthRun AI); timing windows are estimates, not guarantees.

What it does not. Submitting the acknowledgement does not start work, payment, storage, or an automatic notification. There is no automated response.

Cadence. Logged, not actioned automatically.

Phase 2

Agree on the reading list.
The reviewer reads the request, names the public material in scope, and sends a short note listing what will be reviewed and what may remain inconclusive.

What it does not. This step does not authorize a social-platform lookup, third-party tracker read, or automated analysis. It is a written confirmation of scope.

Cadence. A written framing note — not a contract, not a placed order.

Phase 3

Read the public record.
A human review of the public information inside the agreed scope. Where the record is silent, the result is marked inconclusive.

What it does not. No metric, no score, no grade, no determination. Inconclusive outcomes are a deliverable, not a failure.

Cadence. Done by a person, with timing sized to the request.

Phase 4

Write the snapshot.
The reviewer writes down what was read and what was inconclusive. The snapshot is informational, has no legal standing, and is not counsel-of-record in any jurisdiction.

What it does not. Not a finding, ruling, or binding call. Not a substitute for counsel, an attestation, or an audit opinion.

Cadence. Returned in writing, ready to share with downstream counsel or auditor.

Phase 5

Keep a copy for your next reviewer.
A copy is kept internally so you, your counsel, or your auditor can request it later. This remains informational evidence review only.

What it does not. Not a publish-side artifact, not surfaced to third parties. It exists for the requester, not for the public.

Cadence. Held internally and shared on written request.

Next step

Request an audit → routed to the existing /#contact intake.

Informational evidence review—not a definitive authenticity, fraud, legal, or identity determination. The request is forwarded in writing, escalated if appropriate, and answered on the informational-review framing here.
