Media Transparency

Privacy

Privacy for the Media Transparency surface.

The Media Transparency surface is informational review only. It collects only what you supply at intake, and holds the snapshot until your counsel or auditor asks for it. It sits alongside — not in place of — the operator-facing /privacy.

Privacy posture

What the surface holds — and what it does not.

Collect only what the requester supplies at intake; hold the snapshot until the requester’s counsel or auditor asks for it. That is the whole posture.

What the surface collects.

The requester’s name and email at intake — mirrors the broader Northrun engagement posture. No analytics on reading position, social-platform lookups, third-party tracker reads, automated analysis logs, or anything else from your device.

What the surface does not collect.

Beyond the requester-supplied intake, the surface holds no PII. No behavioural telemetry, no third-party trackers, no social-platform connections, no automated analysis log. The surface does not silently collect.

Retention of the intake.

The intake acknowledgement is held on the operator-side record until the requester or their named counsel or auditor asks for the snapshot. After transfer the surface does not retain a working copy unless the requester asks the operator, in writing.

Privacy questions.

Send any privacy question to Northrun at northrun-2@polsia.app. For the broader Northrun operator-facing privacy surface, see /privacy.

Next step

Request an audit → routed to the existing /#contact intake.

Informational evidence review—not a definitive authenticity, fraud, legal, or identity determination. The request is forwarded in writing, escalated if appropriate, and answered on the informational-review framing here.
